Sanjay Kapoor is the Founder and senior most partner of the firm, having an experience in financial services for more than 28 years. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1993. Prior to becoming Chartered Accountant he did his graduation in Science.

He has been on the board of Directors of Indian Oil Corporation (A Maha Ratna Company) as independent Director for 3 years. He was chairman of Audit committee & member of various committee of Indian Oil Corporation such as Project evaluation Committee, CSR Committee, Stake Holders relationship commitee etc.

He is eminent speaker on capital market.

His area of expertise includes Investment Planning, Financing, direct taxation, Indirect Taxation, Company Act, and other applicable Laws. He is very passionate about his work and is a driving force for the entire staff. He has extensive knowledge and work experience in diverse work areas.
